Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

This recipe equals those ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies we all love!

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 1/2 sticks of Melted Butter (use real butter, I have tried with margarine and other spreads. The cookies do not come out the same.)

Pinch of Salt

2 teaspoons Vanilla

1 1/2 cups Sugar

2 Eggs

1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (I use milk chocolate or semi-sweet)

Go ahead and preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

You will need two mixing bowls. Put all your dry ingredients in one bowl. Your wet ingredients in the other. Mix both thoroughly. Pour your wet ingredients into your dry mix.

Place your cookie dough in the fridge. I let mine get cool for about 20mins. It creates a good consistency.

Line two cookie sheets with foil. Spray a little non-stick spray as well. On each sheet I only place 6 cookie dough balls. Don't overcrowd your cookie sheets.

Pop both cookie sheets into the oven. If you have a cookie sheet on different racks in your oven - take them out after 7mins and switch them.

Bake cookies for 12-14mins until they start to brown on the bottom.

Remove from heat as soon as you take the cookies out of the oven. Let them cool.
